Jenny Hiloudaki was born on Greek island of Crete in February 1968 as Yiannis (John) Hiloidakis.  Sadly his father died in an accident just before the birth, and he was brought up just by his mother.

Yiannis realised that he was actually a girl at a very early age and claims to have begun taking female hormones when just 13 - probably contraceptive pills which didn't require a doctors prescription in Greece at the time.  This prevented the onset of male puberty and instead aided the development of female secondary sexual characteristics.

Yiannis adopted the name Jenny when the family moved to Athens in 1983.  Her family were not well off, and to help fund surgery, she was allegedly soon working as a "shemale" prostitute - her pretty face and long hair, but still boy-ish body winning her many admirers.

Jenny Hiloudaki was born
Yiannis in 1981.  The pictures show her (in some cases approximately) ages 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 29 and 35.

Jenny completed her extraordinarily successful physical transformation with a SRS operation, and probably breast augmentation, in London at age 20.   [Her 36C breasts are supposedly natural, but photos indicate that they are almost certainly substantially enhanced by round implants using the inframammary procedure.]  She then began to mix prostitution and "party girl" with a minor modelling career.

In 1997 she met a medium ranking government official - District Attorney, Giorgos Sakellaropoulos (right) - apparently when he inspected her alleged brothel in Rhodes.  They began an affair and he left his wife and family for the then 29 year old Jenny. As the couple started to appear publicly, a curious journalist started to do a little digging and was not surprised to discover that she had a history as a prostitute - but was surprised to discover that this was began when she was a boy, and that she was now a post-operative male-to-female transsexual.  The revelation appeared in many newspapers and a much chastened Giorgos returned to his wife, whilst on the back of all the publicity Jenny's modelling career actually prospered for several years, and she was even voted Greek Woman of the Year 2000!  Since then her career has been marred by continuing rumours, arguments and disputes about her life and business interests.

She published two autobiographies, in 2002 and 2003, both in Greek.  She remains unmarried, and currently runs a tavern in Crete, which apparently has a rather dubious reputation with locals.
